Hello, I am preparing a commercial lease for a beverage wholesaler who will eventually be selling bulk alcohol.

While others, like food, beverage, and tobacco products, have seen a pickup in sales as consumers have shifted their purchasing habits during these unusual times.

Food & beverage sales declined 1.2% in June but are up 12.4% from a year ago, which means we’re drinking less, but still alcoholics.

I have noticed a lot more adult beverage bottles in the recycling BUT NOT as bad as this one...

Additionally, my wife (who faced a very similar job loss) and I are in the process of launching a second business that is within the food and beverage space.

This is especially true in Vegas with a common saying in bizz going "It's not what you know, but who you know [or for women something that rhymes with 'know';-] I became good friends with one guy at UNLV who was also the Beverage Manager at the Frontier Hotel Casino back when Howard Hughes owned [mid 70s] and this same friend put me into the MGM Grand as center station main casino bartender after my 'union ticket to ride;-].

Usually I'd suggest backing off the beveraging or pills.

We have no food/beverage industry experience but believe the restaurant has a good chance of being successful and are able to supply the capital to get the doors open.
