I would go with whatever is authenticate to your voice.

However, I feel I can be memorable by  by being authentic and showing my passion about the conversation we are having.

Can't beat it because it is hard to be scale and still have the personal and authentic tone.

You may have to adjust how you market it for the STR market if it's a C+ neighborhood.For example people on the STR rental platforms may not consider it for vacationing, but it may make sense for working professional or people looking for longer-stays in Cleveland or who want a more authentic experience of Cleveland.Mike

I identify with the old school and sure as heck appreciate someone reaching out to me if it is authentic outreach and not canned robots.

But I think some of these scammer just add a bunch of disclaimers and “legal” language to give it the air of authenticity (and probably to confuse people). 

Also, prices were somewhat artificially inflated and lenders have become more conservative, effectively moving prices back down to a more authentic level. 

Most require you to wait for a quote and Im trying to move faster than all that.Recent Lesson Learned:  If your treating butcher block countertops or wood shelving, consider "waterlox" because it really seals in the wood while maintaining its original authentic appearance.
