AirBnb in suburban areas, what are you seeing?

I am finishing a renovation project right now in Cincinnati, Ohio that is a triplex and I am strongly considering doing a STR on the top unit. This would be my first STR. My main concern is how areas without a specific tourist draw are doing? I understand markets will vary, but any feedback or others experience would be super helpful! This is a C+ neighborhood, the building is being fully remodeled and will be very nice after its done. It is within 15 minutes of downtown and most of the major hospitals in the area, I understand there are a lot of travel nurses coming to Cincinnati right now so that could be a potential avenue for short term tenants. If you have any experience with STR in residential areas, I would love to hear your thoughts and past experiences. Thank you for your time!

I recommend pulling numbers off AirDNA. They will show saturation and occupancy rates.  Good luck!
