Almost every professional athlete has a coach. not just a head coach but a personal trainer that helps them stick with their goals.

Look at pro athletes.

I have been an athlete and salesman my whole life even starting back to when I was 5 years old selling chicken eggs door to door from the 300+ chickens we raised.

With that being said, for the past 8 years I have been training college athletes, helping them to become faster, stronger, etc.

Remember, athletes don't wear cups because they think they WON'T get kicked.

When you don't know how to do something as an athlete, what do you do?  

I am hoping to finish a masters degree before I take on a full-time job at a church as a youth pastor, so that could be several years from now--especially if I continue working full-time with LU.After reading several books about making money, I am pretty convinced that Real Estate is THE major on-ramp for building wealth--at least for people who aren't blessed with the athletic abilities of professional athletes, or people who inherit money/companies from their parents.
