I would check on this website on the find an agent feature or search Zillow for teams/agents in your area doing 25 or more deals a year.  

I do like now though on our sig blocks we can put our website and then link to our projects but you know those could be fake to I could be faking all my projects.. :)

For us, we only call people who have subscribed through our website and completed a form online.

(Like I think Craigslist is still one of the best websites on the internet, but for some people it's a total turn-off because it still looks like 1995).Capterra.com is a great site for research in this category (and business software in general).
