Ductless A/C recommendations??

I have a lot of room in the unused but finished attic my concern would be noise/vibration, but a smaller unit as you suggested in the attic may be the only solution.We have 8 people coming next week (open house) to view it as it's available Sept 1st.Previous tenants have been there 3 years with window a/c but it's tacky so would like to have a solution in hand.thanks again for the candid response

In the same Settings area mentioned above, check for things that allow you to: Turn down the brightness (you'll get a lot of boost here)Activate any "low power" or power-saving mode available (this is something found on most phones).Disable the vibrate function - if you're a busy agent and you're phone gets a lot of attention throughout the day, this will help.Thinking outside the boxManaging the settings on your smartphone to save battery life can be very effective.

The refrigerator is so old it vibrates the floor and it runs 20 hours a day putting off a 15 degree increase in heat coming from the kitchen to a room where the AC doesn't work.

I have search and there are similar more common issues such as mechanical noise from A/C unit or Heater unit located on the roof - the noise is vibrating into the unit below.

Although I have not received a professional quote, I have been told by a couple subcontractors that the vibration in the ground once the pothole has been run over is causing the driveway to break down.I know I just purchased this property, and some damage was already present during close, however, is there anyway for the city to pay for this?
