I'm currently reading David Greene's "BRRRR" book and I will be utilizing my VA Loan as a first home purchase (duplex) for my first home utilizing the VA Loan.

Easiest thing to do is to utilize your channel manager to create one (most have this feature) or maybe consider houfy.com or craftedstays.co, they are specific for creating direct websites.

In a short verse, I don't have the numbers :( but in general I just don't know if what I want to do in the long run which is BRRRR would be a good idea if I start with utilizing a VA LOAN for a duplex to begin with.  

My vote is if you are going to continue to buy, you need to utilize leverage.

Does this strategy utilizing HELOC really work on saving money and paying off mortgages much quicker?

@Shmou N.ShmouYou can collect Rent and all other fees; Utilities, parking, or any other fee needed.We don't currently have a notification of the deposit but I will add it to our develoemt roadmap and you will see it in an update.

Also, be sure to check with the section 8 agency managing the tenants - sometimes if you pass on an additional cost like that they will no longer be eligible to live there if the rent and utilities exceed what they were approved for.
