Try to find an isolated beach spot; When I was a teenager I knew a handful of beach  spots that would have no one in sight.Even with the short-comings, I would be hard pressed to choose a location in the US I would choose over it (maybe Santa Barbara area) even if I did not have the personal attachments.

The first tenants were fairly nice tenants, mom and her two kids (both teenagers) who were very helpful, showed us around their place and got us upstairs (vacant) access; however, both complained consistently about the previous (still current?)

I think of the teenage mutant ninja turtles when I hear that .

I probably looked like a teenager checking social media all the time, but was in fact doing real estate business by phone while shampooing minivan carpets. 

So I have one room, my teenage sons share a room and I would have 2 renters in the other rooms.

I also have an associates degree in business and accounting.Since I was a teenager, I was always interested in real estate.

I was born in Queens, spent most of my teenage years our in East Northport (Suffolk), NY, and decided suburbia was not for me and headed back to Queens after my stint in the USAF.
