I try to keep it to one or two animals, NO- Zoo's.

Hopefully the zoo gets relocated the Arco Arena site.

Although it might not have the best reputation currently, it seems like there might be potential in the future given its proximity to the speedway, the zoo, the new hospital, the white river... are any of those factors worth considering?

You sound a lot like me, actually :) I work in Creative Services at San Diego Zoo Global.

We live on the Hillsborough River, across from the Zoo and there are a couple of simple, single story, new houses here with a few houses that were gutted and put up For Sale that have been empty for months.

You also have the wild animal zoo of SGF.

The house is an old Jim Walters home on a double length lot with a nice view of the park across at the Lowry Park Zoo.
