The chemicals mix with the water in the Ocean to make Potassium Chloride or something similar(can't remember the scientist jargon they were saying).Anyway when the compounds hit the Ocean they cancel each other out and dispurse.I heard a quote this morning from an organic chemist:"Dilution is the Solution to the Pollution" let's hope so...

There is no amount of damage that we can do that won't be repaired in a couple hundred thousand years.That said, I am a big fan of reducing dirty fuel emissions, as I hate to think my kid's lifespan will be shorter than mine due to pollution and other hazards associated with non-clean fuels.So, why exactly did you claim I believed global warming is man made?

Denver has the big city feel, you'd have to take the good that Jon mentioned with some of the not so good (heat, some pollution, nasty traffic) that smaller cities don't suffer from.But I do agree, transplanted here from the Mid-West, I love this place over everything else I've seen.
