I'm looking for a REI meet-up group that may be located in Alexandria (preferred), Arlington, Falls Church or Annandale, VA.  Does anyone know who I can contact about this or have an address for such a meet-up?

There's a good real estate investment club in NoVA that I could introduce you to.

My contractor has a rental in Mars Hill, he turned it over, put it on Craigslist and had 60 calls in an hour with people offering over asking price to rent it.The local property managers take a 35% management fee on short term rentals and ask for a 20% management fee on long term rentals.

I'm in NOVA but I use a lender out of Richmond.
