My New Years Resolution

I'm a new member at BP, based in Northern Virginia.  After listening to BP podcasts for a few years, I finally decided to join and I'm now looking to meet others in the DMV area that are on a real estate journey.

About me:  I'm a tax attorney based in DC.  My wife and I have a few investment properties - one commercial and one residential rental - and we're thinking of expanding in 2024.  Our kids have launched (more or less!) so we've recently found ourselves with more time for our hobbies.  My wife decided to go back to school for another degree and a career pivot.  I decided to dive deeper into real estate.

I'd love to connect with others here and get more involved with the local community.  I'm happy to share my experiences and would love to learn from your experiences.
