The IRS is not asking for a "love you till the end of time" outlook.  

If next month continues this trend, our outlook remains positive.

The SEC is out looking for these and the fines are not pretty.  

It could be random things like the 4th of July holiday that meant no one was out looking at homes.

However, I have not built my team yet (real estate agent, lender, property manager), and I’m not sure about owning a property I cannot visit and monitor myself, given my inexperience as an investor.Economic Outlook: I’m a bit concerned about the economic outlook but can hold onto the property even with lower rent.My Questions:1- Should I sell the property now and look for better deals, considering the declining market trends and my decreasing cash flow?

(And no, this isn't a request for explanation.)I don't believe in the long term outlook for crypto.

So now that it is empty, I have been doing as much work as I can myself, such as painting all the walls, replacing damaged bricks, drywall repairs, AC duct repairs, plumbing repairs, and simple electrical stuff to save money, but do not feel like I have the woodworking skills needed to install cabinets or siding and have it come out looking professional and clean.

Some sponsors flip apartment buildings and others have a long term buy and hold outlook.

Lot of great replies on here already - only thing that I would add to consider is getting a few outside opinions from realtors, other hosts, property managers, etc. about the medium to long term outlook for STR regulation in your specific area.

I know some tourist locations are cracking down on how many short term rentals are allowed... does anyone have some insight into the current outlook in Tahoe?
