So we have an incentive to be lazy and tell you to refinance every time rates drop by 1/8 to 1/4, rather than drum up home-buyer business, because we already have all your paperwork and in terms of production per hour spent it'll be super easy for us.

by not having to advertise, not having down time, not having to give bids that don't result in work, etc.Many contractors would rather work 300 days/year at a lower rate than 180 days/year at a higher rate (plus have all the headaches of having to drum up business).

BUT ALSO at one point there was an open area for Machine maintenence where they kept some industrial cleaners , a few 50 gallon drums for Machine Lubricant purposes  and a rack for Propane tanks that were used on the tow motors .
