Advice on a property

I made a reasonable offer on an investment property today, gave seller 24 hours to respond.

Just got word that they are shopping my offer around to try and start a bidding war for the property.

What do you normally do in this situation? Part of me wants to cut ties with the seller, but the business side of me says to stay and play ball.
