I tried to send messages to 200 contacts, using new twilio numbers, and got at least 100 errors.Most of them were "unreachable destination handsets" with some "carrier violations" mixed in.

Several new carriers have been approved for FL for insurance which should (emphasis on should) alleviate some of the insurance shenanigans going on with SFRs here.  

Wouldn't you rather avoid the claim in the first place along with the time and expense, increased insurance premiums, being limited to surplus insurance carriers etc. rather than absorb claims simply because you have an entity? 

@David Sequeira believe me, your letter carrier wants another box added to his route.

The crazy thing is the carriers pulling out of the state. 

My only clarification would be is that the adjuster identifies damage the carrier is willing to pay for repairs.

Despite having Zero claim history, my carrier issued a "non-renewal" notice for my properties in the western-Chicago burbs.

In that case, I would shop it around to see if any other regular carriers will write the coverage.  

It was quite the slap to the face especially trying to explain to my kids who the person was at the front door (the carrier) and what all that meant.
