Hi.On one of my 4 units there is a small fence on the side of it which is unit c and I have the teanent which has been there for 4 years.

If I have a capital provider whom wants to be 100% passive and is ready to invest $100k with me (cash), and I have all the syndication structure and offering documents for this project... can’t I just find an accredited investor, present them the deal / get them on board, and go through them?

I've been in real estate for the past 7 years, and I got my start like so many other investors through reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

This can be very expensive and is usually the worst choice because you can't justify the cost.2.

I dunno @Mike Francis, this has come up before and I still think that you aren't going to get a ton of traffic from being on there.
