Good afternoon Bigger Pocket Investors,I work with a woman who is looking to get rid of a house that she inherited from her dad.

Your talking to investors,you can tell yourself you are trying to help this woman,but your surley not.You did'nt evict her when she was  late out of your own greed,way cheaper to keep her. letting her catch up costs you nothing,but a bit of greif.

A woman I reached about one property has a 9 home portfolio that her late husband was managing.

We have a woman who is also a friend who we trust that would really like the job - we're just not sure how to compensate and want to make sure we are clear on the responsibilities. 

When I approached the president of the HOA, I mentioned that I'd be happy to volunteer to help them out, as the woman who was doing most of the work has fallen ill.

I have an offer on a property in California that the woman is apparently using a hard money to acquire.

I don't recommend the car magnet if you drive like a mad woman.

Any advice or warnings with that would be helpful.Personally, I am married to a wonderful woman (14 years) and have two children.  

I have a 92 year old woman I've been mailing for years.

The woman bought the house in 1996, yet has no equity.
