Looking for an Investor in the Bushkill PA Area

Good afternoon Bigger Pocket Investors,

I work with a woman who is looking to get rid of a house that she inherited from her dad. Her dad built the house and left it to her and 3 other siblings. I have spoken with her to make sure that everyone is in agreement to sell the house, and everyone wants to get rid of it. I live in MA and I'm just getting my feet wet so I'm offering to turn the deal over to someone with more experience and lives in the Bushkill PA area or even someone who is looking to flip or rehab a home.
