We’ve recently started back up in western pa and are looking to network with investors and agents in this part of the state.

Keep in mind many SFRs in the SF peninsula went up well over 500k just in the last 5 years.. that and its not taxed.. that is why CA is a driver for so much mid western NE  investment rentals.. you take CA investors out of the equation and were would values be in those cash flow rental dominated cities.. ????? 

Hello BP Community,Like it says in the subject line I am 22 year old college student attending Western Michigan University, studying Sales and Business Marketing, and I will be moving to Denver this July after I graduate college.My interest in Real Estate was generated almost by accident when I attended a conference in which Grant Cardone was the keynote speaker.

I work out of beautiful Western Colorado.

I'm looking for any type of referrals for any of the following: investor-friendly real estate agent (primarily REO/foreclosure specialist); mortgage broker; real estate attorney - in the northwest or western suburbs of Chicago (Roselle, Schaumburg, Lombard, Downers Grove, etc.).  

I have no plans of buying/building a business in America or any Westernized country.

Western Union, Walmart money transfer and PayPal are all easy options for this.

I will be asking lots of questions along the way, hopefully there are some members here that wouldn't mind sharing some information with a young entrepreneur..My goals are to build a reasonable multifamily portfolio in the western communities of Cleveland.
