Does Anyone Know of an Investor Friendly Agent and Mortgage Broker in the Chicagoland area?
Hi BP members,
I currently own a rental condo in the northwest suburbs of Chicago in Roselle (for 7 years) and am just starting to consider a 2nd property. Primary consideration is buy and hold; but also open to a flip if the price is right. I'm looking for any type of referrals for any of the following: investor-friendly real estate agent (primarily REO/foreclosure specialist); mortgage broker; real estate attorney - in the northwest or western suburbs of Chicago (Roselle, Schaumburg, Lombard, Downers Grove, etc.). Any recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated!!
