Next Oakland meetup will be Wed, 7/2.

Thanks @Will BarnardI visited Santa Clarita for a wedding a few weeks ago.

I am going to a flipping class on Wed 7/16/14 to learn about it.

Also, there are a number of great networking events around the Boston area, including the Black Diamond event (next one is tomorrow night), Success Real Estate Investor (I haven't been to this before but will be attending Wed's meeting in Boston), and you're always welcome to join my quarterly networking event in Woburn.

Also, I am hosting the first Unofficial BiggerPockets Boston Meetup in Woburn on Wed, Sept 11.

The biggest issue I am running into is finding a venue that is flexible for all of us.

He feels I am putting our family at a huge risk if I choose that venue.
