hello BP family my name is Dorian I am from baltimore, MD I have been following post and listening to podcast for 4 months. Great site very informative. I am a licensed MHIC contractor and would like to start rehabbing and flipping and buy and hold properties. I am looking in the baltimore area or pg county area. I am looking get some advise and network with other investors.
