I also think that Ames Lakes, Duvall and Fall City are going to be on the uptick for Redmond Individuals, as Parkplace gets redeveloped we are going to see a surge of Eastside Tech Boom and people wanting to live outside of Seattle City Limits.

@Bryan Hancock I have done a few PPM's over the years and boy they are a ton of work if your just doing little ones IE 1 mil and under and just try to get a CPA to give you a full audit it can be like pulling teeth to get that done.Just seems like a ton of work to me.. but then again I am an old dog.. so everything internet related and tech related seems hard...

I built and sold 3 successful tech companies, was a CTO for two top US firms in DC as well, so let me play Devil's advocate — AppFolio and Buildium both offer reoccurring task/maintenance features for tracking such items like filters, law care, etc., however a simple operations change will fix all these issues.
