I've been listening to the podcast,  and it got me interested in finally doing something with the membership I signed up for on here a few years ago. 

Of course they tried to sell a $20K membership after but I passed.

no wonder people survey everything in Texas.

There are other services (survey, site plan review etc) that proceeds the construction documents, and those cost $22K.4.There are 70 comments the city made on the construction documents, none of them is unreasonable.

We purchase the membership interests in the LLC that owns the property rather than transfer title.

Sometimes I think about cubicles, performance reviews, efficiency studies, reorganizations, downsizing, rightsizing, outsourcing, customer surveys, politics, employee surveys, budget reductions, 2% pay increases, mission statements, vision statements, presentations, progress reports, staff meeting, commuting, etc.

Hi everyone,Does anybody have any experience with an Urban Land Institute membership, classes or events? 

It is the membership, mls subscription, lockbox.

So, I need a contract, I assume I will do a title search, have the land surveyed, hire a lawyer (I have one through work that will do RE stuff) to deal with title transfer and filing or is that someone else?
