My lease does stipulate that the locks cannot be changed.

I know some of those places unfortunately have rent stipulations (like waiting one year or more).

Lets do something, if for any unforeseen reason your property doesn't sell per the time stipulated in your listing agreement, please keep my number handy and I will be more than happy to revisit/evaluate your asking price.

What you feel comfortable with...with the stipulation you PLAN carefully, set aside reserves, and don't lose sleep.

I haven't invested in the Lease w/Option to Purchase field, so take this as a gut feeling.I would stipulate that if the tenant/purchaser plans on making any improvements for which your city requires permits, that the tenant/purchaser go through the permit+inspection process.
