I still get nervous for the first few calls but it goes away with time.Grab a Google Voice number with an area code that matches your target region and start dialing.Brandon Mulrenin has a lot of great content on YouTube as well.Once you start making a lot of calls 200+, check to make sure your number isn't being marked as spam.

I would try looking into any Real Estate Investor Associations(REIA) and Facebook groups (to Network not spam).

@Joshua DorkinI'll accept a colleague request and respond to PM's from almost anyone who is not spamming and will take the time to actually write a not with the request.  

Investors dont want bad wholesalers etc sending them a bunch of emails with terrible deals, spamming up their inbox could mean they miss a good deal that comes in. 

Blasting out emails just using a regulare IP address is a good way to get banned for spam.Constant Contact, Survey Moneky, iContact, etc. all monitor for spam and thus usually keep themselves and YOUR emails off spam lists.

I keep getting these spam emails from Harper Realty out that way so I know there is cheap stuff in the area.

If you actually ad some value every now and again you will get more sales then just spamming us all.
