Then pull a list of buyers of similar properties in the area (or as broad a region as you need) in the last 12-24 months and start calling - you will need to pay for the list and also separately pay to skip trace the buyers.

At the time of sale, some of the units were occupied by tenants who are on 1-year leases that have several months to go.A couple of those tenants decided to skip town shortly after I bought the property, before their lease terms were up.
