I will be interested to hear from newer agents who still work regular retail buyers to see if it's still going on as it was before I left that segment of the market.

A very similar scenario is happening in Montgomery County now that the northern segments of the Grand Parkway have opened up a lot of land for new development.

The analysis portion is still a segment I am learning so keep at it. 

Dig deeper and talk to management companies, and see how long tenants tend to stick around in the specific segments of the market that you think would work best.Remember- if you research and base your decisions off of what every other investor on this forum does, you're going to end up banging your head against the wall trying to monetize concepts that have been wrung dry by the masses.

@Jennifer Conti I don't have any unique spaces but I do manage a bunch of units and follow the industry very closely and I can tell you that one of the biggest growing, popular segments in Airbnb for awhile were treehouses and houseboats!
