At the meeting the GC canceled last minute and I attended the meeting myself, The lender was interested on the GC that he can work with the GC to obtain a loan and it looks good on paper, while for me he told me that I was pretty young and anyone can type up a resume saying they were a real estate asset general manager, I honestly think he didn't believe me when I told him I have 18+ flips and I had reposition 5 multifamily in Miami Beach.

I would have to agree that the person presenting the deal to establish a partnership should be required to have a resume providing evidence that they would be a good partner.

I'd recommend getting your resume, prior two years tax returns, schedule of real estate owned, and deal analysis together and start reaching out to those lenders.  

What the heck are you waiting for if you can get 50% and bring in great projects get moving.The experience and resume you will build is invaluable

Maybe one day it will be supplanted by China, or some other nation, or nuclear hell will rain down and people will trade in chicken legs and ammunition, but until then you can do much, much worse than dollars. 

It's a great way to get experience without risking the money of others, and to build your resume for bigger deals. 

Run for the board and get support from these other owners ... make sure the management company gets your resume to run for the board in order to be on the ballot.  

While it might be semantics...many states don't have to restart, they simply resume their foreclosure.

I have not used them personally, but have heard good things about them.Additionally have you tried looking for someone local by putting a ad on Craigslist or even looking through the resume section to find someone who meets your criteria.
