Recreating the one year lease is not a big deal for me. 

The downtown area is nice and they keep adding a lot outdoor recreation.

Do you want a recreational park where people are coming to camp as a vacation or long term renters who will stay for months at a time. 

It has many tenants such as full size gym, yoga studio, NEW full outdoor area for pickleball, ju-jitsu, and other recreational programs that renting (16 total units - currently 9 are occupied).

Analyze the market by looking at economic pull of the city, educational/recreational facilities, industrialization/commercialization, and medical facilities - these are just a few that will get you started! 

Hades" ;) has a very unique set of variables that make for awesome opportunity, I don't know if that can be recreated elsewhere as easily.Worth a thought though, I would be curious to hear if anyone in those markets are using the "Sandhu" method!

If I buy a condo through a tax deed sale that has a HOA balance and a balance with a monthly recreational lease are they wiped out or will is still owe after I buy property through tax deed sale?
