Tax deed Sale FL And HOA Balance

If I buy a condo through a tax deed sale that has a HOA balance and a balance with a monthly recreational lease are they wiped out or will is still owe after I buy property through tax deed sale?

tax deed wipes out HOA and the mortgage. You will owe nothing to HOA for arrears.
