Thank you,Tom If two Nobel Lureates can not agree on the rationality of markets, Robert Shiller and Eugene Fama, two completely rational human beings and the smartest men in their field, then I do not see the point in trying to figure out when the completely unrational sides of this debate when they might be right or wrong.
