In other words, it seems to me that the data in this study is skewed and incomplete.2) Okaloosa Island is a "tale of two cities": the south beach side of expensive condos and the up and coming north side, where only a small portion allows short term rentals.

I still get the wholesale rates emailed to me but have not studied them in a while and I know that was how lenders were compensated you get the rate from the wholesale lender you mark it up a touch sell it to your client and they give U comp for the difference.
