My main focus is to collaborated with my future clients and aid with their listings, bios, property photos, magazines, social media, email campaigns, etc.From a personal perspective, my main goal through real estate is to provide for my family and future generation.

How would you guys prioritize the criteria?

Prioritize securing a property for a good reason.

Currently, we're in the red about $650 per month, which isn't a big deal for us since we prioritized moving out of the condo and living closer to work.

2) Is there anyone who is part of the group that is working at a higher level than me that I can try to collaborate with.If it's a mass bunch of newbies being led by a guru, I would steer clear.For me, just contacting investors & other RE pros and asking them things like "what do you need?"

There were a lot of repairs needed, so I prioritized the repairs, which took me about 2.5 years.

Hold the line, blame the lease, your lawyer, spouse, the phase of the moon or whatever, but hold to what you both agreed an signed and you will be treating yourself and your family how you deserve to be treated for your hard work.They almost definitely can afford the rent, they just prioritized something else before you.
