Network on here, network in FB groups, cold call/text certain neighborhoods or property types, have a SOI(sphere of influence) that you keep in touch with, notify any friend/family that you are licensed, run FB ads(I haven't done it).

Its one thing to tell your sphere of influence "hey, I'm in Real Estate"... its another thing to be part of a team and instantly be able to tell your sphere "hey, we're selling a property on Main St. and are hosting an open house Saturday, who do you know that I can reach out to invite?"
