Lead Generation For a new Agent.

Hello BP! (hopefully BP Canada!) 

I'm a newer agent working in Alberta! More specifically I am working out of Grande Prairie. I'm just diving into being an agent, having read SOLD by David Greene ( A+ Book) I know that lead generation is extremely important. In the spirit of that I'm asking for lead generation tips and advice! Casting more nets and better quality nets if you will. Although I'm looking for lead generation tips in general, more specifically I want to develop into my target market as First Time Buyers, and Investors. On the seller side of things I have not really come up with a category that I really want to specialize into. That being said I will still serve anyone who I feel I can help effectively!

Honestly I just want to hear peoples thoughts since the more minds I can pick the better.
