The reason I had a window replacement this past year is because one of my tenants was laying on the couch when 2 bullet holes went through her living room window!!

My couch was more comfortable than the S&F bed and I slept on it once in a while (no, I didn't get kicked out of bed.)

What I'd need to do is get my doctor to sign a letter saying she recommends I move, which would not be a problem considering I am living on my moms couch, dreading and fearing going back home just to get some more clothes or grab something else.

Can you not add more bedding options like couches having pullout, futons, daybeds, Murphy beds, etc. 

After a long day, people curl up on the couch and then hit the hay.I think families appreciate the ability to unplug for the most part but we have a Wii and Blu Ray players.

There is a lot that can go wrong when someone with no experience basically just starts brokering real estate off the couch.

Some things can be done cheap -- dollar store for small kitchen items, for example -- but the extra $ for couch, dining table, art/decor, etc makes all the difference. 

I finally found where we was coming in at and turned the couch into a "fort" and sat in there with my .22 rifle.

Those are just some easy techniques to use without having to get off the couch.

Yes there are couches buried underneath all of that stuff.
