@John LeavelleThanks John, I literally just put a couple numbers in that were low because I've completely made the property new from the roof all the way to the exterior siding, paint, unit 1 & 2 now have new carpet, cabinets, granite counter tops and tile flooring.

So literally 112 houses to look at. 

Hi Jeff I've literally done this exact process in CincinnatiOne thing I would suggest is look for the agent first, go onto Zillow and check for highest rated, and then check for who has done the highest volume of sales.

I hope they are willing to sell, this house is literally a 5 minute walk from my house.
