I am confused as you are about quality but it seems some have thicker wear layers and others have thinner stronger wear layers, with ceramic or aluminum added to the wear layer for hardness.

If it is not our fault such as subfloor needs to be replaced then we do a work change order in order to incorporate the new work that is not on the original scope.
