Vinyl Floor & Installer Recommendations?

Hey y'all,

I'm looking to replace the old carpet in my 3 bedroom rental with luxury vinyl plank (LVT) but am struggling to figure out which brands and installers I can trust. It seems that so many brands have high ratings on one website and poor on another. Same thing for many installers. Can anybody share with me a positive experience they've had with a decently rated company & floor that didn't break the bank?

Thanks!

I see a lot of new builders starting to switch to vinyl planks as they are saying it is more durable than wood (better water resistance) and easier to replace than tile (can change out a single plank if needed). PM and I can send you info for an installer but my last client just used Home Depot for their rental prop.
