🎉I recently made the leap to a pro membership here as I've been immersed in the complexities of real estate number crunching.

I don't have the capital I need to start, but I am looking into creative financing.Moreover, I'm immersing myself in real estate books like Rental Property Investing, Invest w/ no money or little money down, and Long-distance Real Estate Investing, and also listening to "Biggerpockets" podcast during my lengthly commute to work.

I just posted "5 Terms You're To Shy to Ask About" in a forum yesterday that are helpful to understand when immersing yourself in this industry. 

I believe I have found a new passion and am looking forward to attending my first real estate investors club meeting soon.As a kid, while my friends were playing first person shooters, I was immersing myself in resource management games like Civilization, Capitalism, and SimCity.

hi all,i am new to this site and also to rei. i have been immersing myself in information and educational materials about different aspects and types of rei, and came across yet another "product" that may be worthwhile. i already have spend quite a bit of money on education, and although i did and am learning from it, it certainly wasn't worth the exorbitant cost so now i am extremely cautious about educational materials.anyway, i have been reading about "al aiello's goldmine and 1031 exchange" tax program that seems to be advertised around the web for $897/997.

The issue I'm running into is generating enough capital for a down payment and closing costs for a deal in the Bay.My thinking is that immersing myself in REI professionally would only serve to improve my own personal investing journey.

Alrighty, this has been a crazy week. i joined bp at the beginning and have completely immersed myself.
