Hello everyone,

I have been listening to the podcasts and trolling the forums for a month or so now. I have also been devouring as many books and blog posts as I can on Real Estate investing. I believe I have found a new passion and am looking forward to attending my first real estate investors club meeting soon.

As a kid, while my friends were playing first person shooters, I was immersing myself in resource management games like Civilization, Capitalism, and SimCity. As an adult, I feel I can get the same gratification from real estate investing... only with real-world outcomes of course.

Thanks to everyone who posts on here for making this such a supportive and vibrant community. I look forward to taking the first step in my investing career soon (when I am ready).
