HI Jesse,If you move to a large Apartment Complex you won't have to worry about things like that.Plus in many of them you will have an onsite gym, a pool, a hot tub (full of new potential friends), and the possibility of having a pet or two.Good Luck!

They have extravagant amenities that you can provide your guests such as huge clubhouses, pools, waterparks, lazy rivers, gyms, etc.

Found a few really good restaurants, love my gym and my coffee shop, just need to establish more solid friendships.
