I would personally always recommend using licensed and insured contractors - especially for hazardous trades such as gas and electrical.

One bug report and one request:1) LinkedIn account link feature asks for the full web address, and then puts it in the URL twice, which returns an error.2) Can we add "Asset Management" to the list of Software > Specializations?

I think I caught the investing bug, so I’d like to do more of it in the future, but shelling out that amount of cash puts a damper on those plans.Three of the purchase closings were handled by one attorney’s office.

I think in some markets ( like Hawaii that has sky high electric bills) it could.. others probably not.

Renter's insurance limits are typically lower, we require $100,000, so if they burn the whole place down the policy might not fully cover it but it will at least reduce the loss the follows your policy.If the house burns down because of an electrical fire due to old wiring that's gonna be your policy.

The need help with some repairs including electrical, hvac, plumbing, and other cosmetic repairs like paint, dry wall, and laminate floor board replacements.

It needed a kitchen and bath remodel, flooring and paint throughout, deck repair and staining, and some electrical and siding work.

(ball park that would include framing/drywall, electrical/recessed lights, flooring, etc.)
