Hi All -  long time reader first time poster.I am curious as to how other small/medium size MF investors are thinking about operating their portfolios as we head into the upcoming rate cut environment (however far in the future that may be). 

But, that doesn't mean it doesn't bring value to individuals who don't have mentors, who don't understand there might be a local REIA in their area, to those that want a little encouragement and accountability through a education program.BiggerPockets has a ton of free resources on their website and it might even give you that needed edge to jumpstart your REI journey.

However, this approach is a double edge sword since it is also showing that you have very little net income.  

Is not a new construction, rather making it a liveable place, so I could rent it later on to at least cut my mortgage payment in half and be able to focus on other investments.
