Was settlement conducted on 10/4 with all borrowers/grantors/guarantors present in the jurisdiction where the property and the title company are located?

Hi all, I am a student of the investment real estate industry conducting some research on the biggest pains involved with finding tenants/buyers.

Off market campaign conducted by myself.

What about renting cheap space under a commercial lease--or even a sublease.Have you spoken with any local Commercial Brokers about leasing (Re your cash flow).Something to discuss with the Brokers (if you go that route) is do you conduct business with customers at this location in person often, or is it just workers that need it.Good Luck!

Hey Team,Looking for anyone that has recent experience pursuing an eviction for repetitive lease violations (noise, disorderly conduct, etc.)? 

One of the reasons I have been reluctant to give notice is to avoid an adversarial stance and that she seem to always come through but I just have to put this to an end as I have encouraged this conduct by not enforcing the late penalties.When giving notice for non-payment would you include the late penalty as unpaid rent?

Finding time to conduct research is always a tricky situation.

I'm currently studying business, and for a class project I'm needing to conduct a few interviews with landlords, specifically who do your own property management.

I've never come across this requirement when conducting my own research.
