What about renting cheap space under a commercial lease--or even a sublease.Have you spoken with any local Commercial Brokers about leasing (Re your cash flow).Something to discuss with the Brokers (if you go that route) is do you conduct business with customers at this location in person often, or is it just workers that need it.Good Luck!

One of the reasons I have been reluctant to give notice is to avoid an adversarial stance and that she seem to always come through but I just have to put this to an end as I have encouraged this conduct by not enforcing the late penalties.When giving notice for non-payment would you include the late penalty as unpaid rent?
