The trip was very expensive but while we were there I was fortunate enough to do 3 deals on-line & by cell phone that more than compensated for all expenses.

In the case of an S or C-corp  or LLC taxed as such you will need your actual unless you provide an employee with the full per diem as part of their compensation.
