Paying an attorney to get an HOA payoff amount?
I recently purchased a performing first which has an outstanding HOA lien attached. Upon contacting the attorney for the HOA to find out how much the outstanding lien was, I was told that the attorney charges $150 for this information. Is this common? (this is not a super lien state btw)
