Hi Fellow BPers,I am currently on the hunt for alternative funds of financing to help scale my rental property portfolio in Cleveland.I used Chemical Bank for traditional financing on a 3 bed 1 bath ranch that is producing great numbers for and want to continue buying properties like that in a consistent matter without having to wait until i replenish my funds.

That makes it much easier for me-I'm chemically sensitive, and would have to buy no-voc paint ($$$) instead of regular, because I will be in it for another month or two.

The concrete looks discolored from a chemical.

I've been interested in real estate investing since 2008, when my parents bought their first rental property (my dad is a chemical engineer, but he has 10 children so he realized he needed a side hustle ;).

The sale price may not account for things like hidden title defects and/or liens, chemical contamination in the soils, foundations needing multiple piers sunk into bed rock, hidden damage in the walls from termites, one street over from the "War zone" side of town, etc. 

Chemical Bank, I personally used them for a loan.

I work full time in chemical sales as well as have a side business in which i have a crew who does repair work for utility companies.

Smoking in the presence of these chemicals when they are free in the atmosphere in an enclosed space can cause death by phosgene poisoning if the refrigerant is formulated with chlorine (R-12, R-22, etc.)

Not only that there's lots of caustic and carcinogenic chemicals all thought them.
